    Seems easy to implement, and fun, and with learning points.

    But I don’t get how the main learning is accepted by the participants: How ar they able to test upfront?

    A person could ask, as they write their first instruction, to execute it immediately. However, this game is a set-up for failure. I would simply say we’ll run it after everyone’s ready. I’d acknowledge to the group that someone asked–then ask why no one else did. Sometimes this is the best way to learn.
